Note: Please provide clear photos or videos. If the request is valid, we will arrange a free exchange with complimentary delivery of the replacement.

2. Pre-Order Products

Once payment has been made, we will consider you committed to the order, and cancellations will no longer be accepted. In cases where pre-order items may be out of stock, we will refund to you.

3. Shipping Costs

If you are returning a product, please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be borne by the customer.

• If a refund is issued, any return shipping cost incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
